1. Who we are

Stiggy is offered by Stansday UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Oberer Kolberg 12, 34212 Melsungen, Germany ("we"). These terms apply to the Stiggy app for iPhone and Android and to the website stiggy.app.

2. What Stiggy is

Stiggy turns your photos and videos into posts, stories and reels, for example for your run club. The app cuts out people, writes captions and exports the result. All of this happens on your device. You don't need an account.

Some features are free. More come with Stiggy Pro.

3. Stiggy Pro and subscriptions

• You buy Pro in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchase and payment are handled by Apple or Google, and their terms apply as well.
• You see the price, the term and any free trial in the app and in the store before you buy.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel at any time in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account. Deleting the app does not end a subscription.
• Refunds and withdrawals are handled by Apple and Google under their rules. We cannot reverse store payments ourselves.

4. Your content

Your photos, videos, text and everything you make with Stiggy belong to you. They stay on your device, we never see them and we get no rights to them.

Please only use photos, videos, logos and music you are allowed to use. If other people can be seen or heard, get their OK before you publish anything. You are responsible for what you post.

5. Designs, fonts and your results

We allow you to use the app and its designs for your own posts. You may use the images and videos you export from Stiggy freely, including for your club, your association or your business.

You may not extract the designs, graphics or fonts from the app to offer or sell them as templates yourself, or modify the app or get around its protections.

6. Automatic features

Cut-outs and captions are made by a model on your device. It usually works well, but not always: an arm may be missing or a word misheard. Check your result before you publish it.

7. Your data on the device

Because Stiggy keeps your drafts only on your device, we have no copy. If you delete the app or switch devices, your drafts are gone. Exported images and videos are in your photo library and stay there.

8. Changes to Stiggy

We keep developing Stiggy, so features and designs may change. We won't take away features you are currently paying for without good reason, and if we have to, we'll tell you first.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of an essential obligation you are entitled to rely on, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll say so in the app or on this page. Changes that put you at a disadvantage apply to a running subscription only from its next renewal.

11. Apple

If you get Stiggy from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement applies as well. Apple is not the provider of the app and is not responsible for its content.

12. Law and contact

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.
